Shipping policy
Processing time
Orders are usually packed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During new releases, sales and holidays, processing may take a little longer. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates
We ship with USPS from Southern California.
- US orders of $60 or more: free standard shipping.
- US orders under $60: flat $6.95 standard shipping.
- Faster shipping: USPS Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express are available at checkout, priced by your address and order.
- International orders: rates are calculated at checkout.
For your protection, orders of $500 or more require a signature at delivery.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and start once your order ships. They're provided by the carrier and aren't guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, weather or customs are outside our control.
International orders
We ship to most countries. Import duties, taxes and customs fees aren't included in our prices or shipping rates and are the customer's responsibility. Refused or unclaimed international packages may not be eligible for a refund of shipping costs.
Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
Lost or damaged packages
Every collectible is packed with care to protect the item and its box. If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the shipping box. If your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or shows delivered but you can't find your package, contact us and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
